About Our Wait List

How do I get on the wait list? 

I will be glad to place your child on our wait list; all you need to do is send me some information.  Here is what I need to know:  Your full name, your child’s name, your child’s date of birth, your contact information (home phone number, cell phone number, email address etc), anticipated child care start date or length of time you wish to remain on the wait list, and hours/days of child care required.

Please send this information to me via my private email address ( tender_spirits_childcare@telus.net ).

What happens if a space becomes available?

In the event that a child care space opens up, I will call everyone on my wait list that has the same child care requirements to the spaces availability.  All these parents & children will be offered an interview and will have a chance to meet with me and visit the daycare.  After all the interviews have been completed I will notify all parents involved as to their child’s enrolment acceptance or not.  Please note that my decision is always based on the best interests of the children enrolled at the daycare and licensing regulations.

How long will you keep my information on file for?

I will be happy to keep your information on file for up to 1 year.  Please feel free to keep in contact with me and let me know if you would like to remain on the list for a shorter or longer period of time, or to let me know you have found an alternate child care solution that you are happy with.
