The following fees are for childcare up to 9 hours per day.  If you require additional hours of care there may be an additional charge.  Please discuss this with Monica personally.

**Infant/Toddlers (1-3 year olds)**

**Full-Time Summer Childcare** 
(The following rate applies for children 6 yrs old and up.  The child care rate for younger children can be seen in the preschool age care rates above.)
$25/day...up to 9 hours per day…($500/month)

Financial aid through subsidy will be accepted.  Please discuss this further with Monica upon enrolment.  

Family & sibling Rates are also available upon request.

Definitions:

Infant / Toddler Care: Childcare for children ages 1 to 3 years.  Childcare is contracted on a set scheduled time slot, up to 11 hours per day, and 1 - 5 days per week.

Preschool Age Care: Childcare for children ages 4 to 6 years.  Childcare is contracted on a set scheduled time slot, up to 11 hours per day, and 1-5 days per week.

Drop In: Any requested childcare outside of the contracted days or hours. There is a $10.50 per hour or $50.00 daily rate, and it must be pre-approved through the Monica.   Monica will not accept children if prior arrangements have not been made.

Before/After School: Includes an afternoon snack. Care will not begin before 6:00 AM or end later than 6:00 PM. Any day that school is not in session, a full day rate will be charged.

Late/Early: If the child is brought more than 15 minutes early or picked up more than 15 minutes late from the contracted or arranged time, the Late/Early Fee will be assessed as described.

No Show: If your child will not be attending, a one-hour notice of absence is required. Childcare fees are due regardless of whether or not your child attends.  You are paying for a position, as well as a service.

Deposit Fees:  Cash Payment for the last 2 weeks of service is held as a deposit on your child’s position within the daycare.  If this is a financial strain to you, please discuss this with me, I may lower the deposit fee at my own discretion.  This deposit is non-refundable and will be used towards your child’s last 2 weeks of contracted childcare.  A position will be considered open until the deposit fees are received.   

Termination of Care:  To terminate childcare 2 weeks written notice is required.  If you terminate care without giving appropriate notice, you will be responsible for payment of the final 2 weeks of care whether or not your child attends.  You are paying for a position, as well as a service.

Child Care Contract:  All childcare services will be contracted. The contract is a legal document obligating me to provide a service for you and obligating you to pay me for that service. There are other requirements in the contract. I urge you to thoroughly read the contract and realize that it is legal and you will be held liable for each item of the contract.  By signing it, you are accepting it in all its terms.
